Mosaic My Health

WHO WE ARE!
Mosaic My Health is a program that was formulated by experts with over 20 years of experience in the field of Rehabilitation. The program aims to enhance your musculoskeletal system via “Kinesiotherapy” or “Movement Therapy”. We use bespoke fitness equipment’s developed by ourselves. Our goal is to create the internal conditions within the body for your muscles to operate optimally. We have been able to achieve this using isolated, targeted techniques via tension application to specific muscles and their surrounding groups.
Our youngest client is 4.5 years old whilst the eldest is 85. We specialise in treating chronic illnesses like Arthritis and Arthrosis and can also effectively assist in dealing with pains in the knee, hips, back and headaches. Additionally, we can help those suffering from Osteochondrosis, Scoliosis and Sciatica as well as many other conditions.
Orthocure Sportsmed Clinic is the first ever healthcare facility in Dubai offering the Mosaic My Health program with the team and equipment’s straight from Mosaic My Health in Montenegro, Radanovici, Bokeljska Kuzina

The post-operative recovery period varies based on the surgery. Generally, patients are advised to take up to two weeks off work to recover from any surgery and to resume light duty following resumption of work. Your surgeon will provide specific instructions to follow for a successful recovery.
With just about any orthopedic surgical procedure, including joint replacement surgery and revision surgery (replacing a worn-out artificial joint from a previous surgery), you will experience some pain and swelling. Your doctor and clinical team will work with you to effectively manage your pain and ensure you recover as expected.
Many factors determine how long it will take for you to fully recover and see the benefits of orthopedic surgery. For some patients, recovery takes a few weeks. For others, it can take several months. Depending on your age, your overall health, the condition for which you were treated and the type of surgery performed.

In most cases, you will be discharged on the following day after the surgery or the day after. Physical therapy will maximize the benefits of your surgery. Discuss with your orthopedic surgeon to learn more about what your individual recovery plan.
While the goal of surgery is to restore function and get you moving without pain, there are usually some limitations after orthopedic surgery. Discuss with your orthopedic surgeon about realistic expectations after surgery.
Minimally invasive surgeries are performed using medical instruments and cameras that let doctors see the area being operated on without the need for large incisions. Minimally invasive surgery accomplishes the same treatment goals as traditional open surgery, but results in:

Less damage to surrounding muscles and tissues.
Less blood loss.
Shorter hospital stays.
Less scarring.
Speedier recovery times.

Arthroplasty is the reconstruction or replacement of a joint such as a shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee or ankle. Depending on the extent of the joint injury or condition, you may need partial or total arthroplasty.
Arthroscopic surgery is a type of minimally invasive surgery that requires only small incisions due to a device known as an arthroscope. It lets your surgeon see inside the body and view the specific area being worked on during surgery without the need for large incisions.
Joint replacement surgery is not applicable on patients who can be treated with non-invasive treatments. During this procedure, the orthopedic surgeon will replace the damaged joint with a prosthesis. These can be ceramic, plastic, or metal. Doctors typically recommend joint replacement surgery in cases of debilitating joint pain and damage where lifestyle changes, physical therapy, and injections don’t work.
A sports doctor focuses on nonoperative and nonsurgical treatments of sports-related conditions and injuries. Sports medicine surgeons (or orthopedic surgeons that specialize in sports medicine) focus on nonoperative, nonsurgical and surgical treatments.
Orthopedic injections can be used for relief from pain, stiffness, and inflammation. Some common conditions they treat include arthritis, nerve pain, and tendonitis.
