Dr Yaser Jabbar

Dr Yaser Jabbar is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon fellowship trianed in Limb Reconstuction and Pediatric Orthopaedics with over 20 years of Clinical experience.He is Internationally sought after for both paediatric and adult trauma and reconstuction.

He has worked in the UAE and the UK, including a sizable international and embassy patient base. He worked in the country’s largest trauma centre at SSMC, Abu Dhabi.

He qualified from SGHMS, University of London, after which he undertook orthopaedic training between Oxford and London. He completed his Msc in Orthopaedic Engineering from Cardiff University whilst training.

• Innovative academic work includes his Masters thesis on engineering principles of Ilizarov frame stability in complex fracture Management.
• Published work on mathematical analysis of fracture decision making using Markov Chain Monte Carlo Modelling
• On fellowship he published work dispelling myths around paediatric ACL Injury and reconstruction
• Ongoing research interests in Augmented Reality and 3D modelling.
